Eight Tower Bridge

Eight Tower Bridge is a 16-story, 345,000 square foot office building with a 1,200-car parking garage situated on one of the most visible and accessible corners of Conshohocken. It is the tallest office building in the Philadelphia suburban market, overlooking the sparkling Schuylkill River, the vibrant streets of downtown Conshohocken and West Conshohocken, and the crossroads of the region’s interstate highways, I-76 and I-476.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Eight Tower Bridge displays all the finest design elements: a stunning, 3-story marble lobby, quiet, full-height, book-matched exotic wood-paneled elevators with mirror-stainless doors, a striking white precast and green Solex glass exterior, polished stainless trim and appointments, and a landscaped granite entry plaza. Tenants also enjoy a private, spa-quality fitness center and a convenient lobby café.

Eight Tower Bridge offers convenient access to regional public transportation. The R-6 SEPTA station is across the street, and two SEPTA bus lines provide service from Conshohocken to Center City, the Route 100 trolley line, and the two regional shopping malls for further inter-modal connection.

Eight Tower Bridge is owned by a partnership of affiliates of Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC and Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corporation.
